Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Free standard shipping on orders over $99; flat $9.95 on smaller orders.
• We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
• Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from authorized distribution centers and arrive in 2–6 business days.
• Large orders may arrive in more than one package. You'll get tracking for each.
• Hazardous items such as flares ship ground only.

Returns

• Return new, uninstalled items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• Email brian@gannsmarine.com or call (352) 604-0577 for a return authorization before shipping anything back. Returns go to our distribution partner, not a retail store.
• If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we pay return shipping and send a replacement. Otherwise return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
• Electrical items that have been installed, and special-order items, may not be returnable. Manufacturer warranties still apply.
